The first few chapters each introduced new characters in new settings so it took a while to form an attachment and desire to follow their stories. By the fourth or fifth chapter it finally caught my interest. There are lots of battles and magic and really bad guys along with some good guys with interesting quirks. I definitely wanted to find out what would happen next.My biggest complaint was the poor editing and proofreading which distracted from the flow of the story. When you have to pause to figure out what the author is trying to say, it is frustrating. Missing words, poor punctuation, and incorrect words were also bothersome. If such things don't bother you, you should enjoy the story.
Hope everyone will enjoy this as much as I have. There will be many a year she'd to be sure and lots of heartache with this mighty adventure. Please don't miss it I'm sure glad I had picked this up it's amazing to be sure. 💘 loved it!
Love the characters and their story. He has created a series with characters comperable to RA Salvatore. Lots of adventures, characters consists of humans, elves, dwarfs , halflings. An Assassin and I few other people that get caught up in their adventures as the main characters go. They acquire new people along the way as well as loss along the way. Great story sptelling. Enjoyed the whole series.
This is a great fantasy that will keep you on the edge of your seat to the very end. It has wonderful characters that will steal your heart. It's an exciting action adventure and I can't wait to read the next book in the series.
Slow to start, but gains speed. Midway through the second book, I found it hard to put down. Looking forward to the next trilogy.
